Security against potential creditors

Problem

A professional has excelled in his scope of work that he has done very well and is sitting on many boards in various companies because of his insight, expertise and networks.  He has been doing very well all these years and has achieved to a certain degree of financial freedom.  This will continue as long as life is smooth sailing.  He knows the good times may not last forever and would like to protect his money from potential creditors for unexpected reasons which he has seen happen to some directors on boards.

Solution
