Guard against lawsuit

Problem

Through one of the experiences of one of my SME owner friends, I realized that SMEs are most susceptible to unforeseen circumstances for them.  A patent lawsuit can stop a company dead in it's tracks, which incur costs for litigation, time away from the business, customers of the company moving away from the SME.

Solution

We created a "Shielded asset" which protects money from lawsuits and potential creditors.  This has to be done early before any financial pressures come in.  At the same time, there is peace of mind to know while they are taking risks out in the business world, the home is always protected from unexpected situtations.
