Making a dream come true

Problem

Was working in the hospital for some time and been having a dream of starting his own private practice.  When he reached a certain age in his career, he needed some upfront cash to jump start his practice to sustain him for about one year.

Solution

He has some "temporary OD line" he took off his own personal insurance portfolio which he has built up since a young age.  Less than a year later, his practice turned profitable and he was able to repay back the loan plus interest and still be able to operate his new practice to keep his dream alive!
